Zimbabwe inaugurates $7.3M ethanol storage expansion

In Zimbabwe, the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corp. reports President Mnangagwa has commissioned a $7.3 million, 6-million-liter ethanol storage facility in Harare at the National Oil Infrastructure Company installation, more than doubling the country’s national storage capacity to 11.2 million liters. Storage is spread across three depots. Ethanol could also be exported to South Africa and Botswana at last thanks to the increased storage facilities, while the fuel could even be transported to northern South Africa via pipeline.
