The Digest’s 2025 Multi-Slide Guide to ABF Project Management

In this presentation, researchers look at the management plan for this ABF project includes bimonthly video calls and updates by task leads, with monthly tracking. The team comprises experts in various fields like synthetic biology, metabolic engineering, multi-omics analysis, machine learning, and computational biology. Communication and data sharing occur through a Team Google Site, Experimental Data Depot, ART, and Github. Presentations by the PI Carothers have covered topics such as lignin valorization, continuous flow biocatalysis, and machine learning for enzyme engineering. The project meets FOA requirements related to biorefinery development and TEA.
