EPA RFS Set rule virtual hearings

For the past two days, EPA held virtual hearings on the proposed changes to the Renewable Fuel Standard. Depending on who you are, you either wanted more volume for biofuels or less volume. You also wanted eRINs, or you didn’t want them, and you either praised EPA for their hard work or chided them for their erroneous calculations and misunderstanding of what Congress intended. You may also have told EPA how many jobs would be created, or destroyed by the proposed changes. However it plays out there will continue to be a Renewable Volume Obligation for biofuels, which you also loved or hated. EPA will take written comments on the Set rule until February 10th.
